Leadership Success Bonus (LSB)

Sponsor Member will get additional 10% on the Eligible Team Matching Bonus (TMB) earned by all his/her Direct Referral Team Members. Leadership Bonus will be Calculated & Paid along with team matching bonus.

Deductions :

TDS @ 5 % ( If PAN card copy not submitted TDS will be 10% )
SC @ 15 % ( Administrative Service Charges )

Leadership Royalty Bonus (LRB)

Eligible Members will get 3 types of Royalty Bonus. Royalty Bonus will be calculated on Monthly basis.

a) Team Leader Royalty Club

Eligibility : 10 Matching Pairs

Time Limit : 3 Months

TLR Club = Rs.200 X All Over India Package Sales in that Month

This Amount will be distributed equally among All the eligible Team Leaders in the Company. Team Leader will get this Royalty upto 24 Months.

b) Project Manager Royalty Club

Eligibility : Next 100 Matching Pairs

Time Limit : 6 Months
PMR Club = Rs.200 X All Over India Package Sales in that Month
This Amount will be distributed equally among All the eligible Project Managers in the Company. Project Managers will get this Royalty upto 36 Months.

c) Project Director Royalty Club

Eligibility : Next 1000 Matching Pairs

Time Limit : 12 Months
PMR Club = Rs.200 X All Over India Package Sales in that Month
This Amount will be distributed equally among All the eligible Project Directors in the Company. Project Directors will get this Royalty upto 48 Months.

Repurchase Monthly Bonus (RMB)

When you become the Distributor of the Company, you can repurchase any products/packages (Apparel, Textile, Clothing & Fashion Industry Products) which are available in the Company at D.P.( Discounted Price) upto Max.25% for Distributors. Repurchase profit sharing will be distributed to 12 Levels @ 3% RBV
( Repurchase Business Volume Points )
per each Level.
